It is not a racist comment since you didn't say "every Sikh male" - you said "every Sikh male I have ever seen". This is the difference between stereotype and personal experience.

"Every Sikh male is impeccably tailored" would still be a racist comment.

Unfortunately, many Political Correctness buffs do. Personally, I don't see the insult. I came up in a time when that sort of comment was meant as a compliment. But later generations were conditioned to believe in a newer way of communication. I can see the reasoning, but I still don't see it as an insult.

Racism implies the belief that one group is somehow superior to another, so I'd say not. However, even positive stereotypes can have negative effects on individuals (what if you're a black kid who stinks at basketball? Or an Asian kid who is below average in math?). As such, it's probably best to avoid such generalizations as much as possible.

Racism, as it is typically defined, is a societal system of opression by a dominant group over another. Simply stating that a group of people dress well is not attempting to opress them, so I would not call it a racist statement so much as a misguided generalization.

I don't even think it's a stereotype, just a description of your experience. Not racist, but it may be inappropriate (in a situation in which clothing is irrelevant).

I don't think so. You're telling people something that you have witnessed.. you're also making sure to say that " I have seen"...what makes something racist is saying that all people are a certain way.. even thought you don't know that for certain.

properly all i will declare is that don't strengthen any harsh feeling for any of the religions. people are stable everywhere and in each and every faith. Be it any faith. and each faith has numerous factors yet few rotten apples like u pronounced misread their very own faith and get entangled in incorrect activities. so extremely of giving first priority to our faith we could consistently supply priority to Humanity and would artwork for the mankind and their progression .

Comments are only complained about if they are negative.
Then they are declared as racist

In principle, yes, but as it is not offensive in nature, I don't think anyone should mind.
