I'm right handed, and think it would be a good skill to develop my left hand/right brain better.

Are there any tips or excercises I can do?

I already try to do most little things left handed, like eating and such. But how can i learn to write?

Well: you can learn it the hard way like I did. I'm a left handed and had my left arm and hand broken in three places elbow, wrist and my hand(I didn't pay back a loan) just kidding. So i needed to learn how to write with the right hand in school. My entire left arm was enveloped in a cast for three months, then the doc took the cast off(relief). Until she told me the bad news about the xrays showing the bones healed wrong and so they put me to sleep and well... I won't go there. So I endured almost another 3 months. I learned. at first it was awkward and I practiced just like a second grader would each night until my written skills were almost as good with my left. I also had to do Architectural Drawings and got sufficient grades. I would then suggest to you to put your right arm in a sling and tape your fingers together(not too tight) and hold back, and use your left hand as if the right were broken. Just tell everyone what you are trying to achieve you will also experience equality between the left and right hemispheres of your brain. Well that's my suggestion. if you stick to it. what you want will become a reality. Good Luck.

I take it you're trying to increase creativity? Merely being able to write with your left hand won't do this.
You don't need to be ambidextrous to exercise your right brain. Search on google (uh, I mean Yahoo) "right brain exercises" and there are plenty of sites.

Practice. Practice a lot. Practice whenever you have free time. It is fun and it helps tremendously. It worked with me.
