do you remember an inncident?
I'm an american living in romania, and this is a very very poor country , and i have people all the time coming up to me begging for money, old people with frost bite on their legs without shoes, dirty children, ect. ect. and sometimes i feel like god is testing me.it really hurts me because i know i cant help everybody, and they are soo hopeless its miserable.

there are no angels.
These are humans coming up to you. If any 'angel' was to come up to you and ask for money then they would be taking something that would be better left for poor humans.
Its sad that people live the way they do, maybe you can help them by learning/teaching some agriculture

Romania like any other poor country has a lot of problems . But you don't help anybody giving money . And they will come back tomorrow for another amount . But you could do something if you can make a benefits society . If is too much for you , try to find a society who are take care of poor people and you could send them money .
And don't you heard that money are eye's evil ? How could angels testing you with money ? You could help a few , but I say again that is not help !!! Like Jesus said if you find a hungry man don't feed him with fish because he will be hungry the next day , learn him to catch fish because in this way he will have all his days food for him and for his family .
I'm Romanian too . And trust me that I would never beg for money . And I would beg never . Or someone in my family . And life didn't treat me right or to good . And like me are a lot of Romanians .
And another point : I don't know how poor is Romania but I know that we could be more rich but there are a lot of thieves. And law is to weak . And I don't know from where is starting . Because exactly the people who should keep the balance and the law exactly that people are stealing more !!!! Not all of course . But people react different to bareness and troubles .

Well, there is no such thing as Angels or the Tooth Fairy. Doing what you can for whom you can is not a test, it should be looked at from the perspective "What can I do to help". Taking action upon yourself to help is the morally right thing to do, maybe you could organize a "lighthouse Mission" of sorts for those in need. Even if its one person at a time, every little bit helps...
It isnot G-d testing you, it is however the broken end our society. But no matter the state, there will always be some poor in the world. It can be fixed but it will take from the rich, megachurches and corperations to do so.

The thing is, you never know. It would be such a drag to turn down an angel, I'm guessing that would be pretty high on that judgment list, but really, give money to a starving child or someone else, it's sad, but like you said, you can't help everyone. You can only do what you can, help when you can. You can pray for them all though.

u need to evaluate the situation.......u can involve yourself in a social org to do whatever u think u can contribute as a concerned person . randomly if such ppl turn up on your doorstep u can help them in ways other than giving them just money . get an organisation to help such people where they're medical and basic needs can be met . in this way , you are doing as much as any concerned indvl can .

If the only reason to be "good" is to make sure you get things right just in case if god is testing you, then you haven't understood anything about compassion.

Yes! It says that in the bible so it is possible but God also uses humans to see how we will react.

yes..u really match my thinking u cant help everybody.... we must take everything as test in our life ,in our religion got wont send any mediators likeangels..god himself is assumed to test everyone....whatever may be we are always tested by god

Really you think angels exist!!!!!!
If you want to help only because you feel to be tested by angels, its better to not helping them...
But if you want to help them as they are human, do it...
