It takes practice. Find closed-in places and go in them for a minute or two. Then after a week or so, go in some other ones for 3-4 minutes. It takes courage, but you can set your own pace.

you mean claustrophobia or enclosed areas or small spaces? Don't get into any confined areas or small rooms.
