I'm 166CM, probably like 5'4'', I used to weight only 44KG, now in the past few months, I got fat, I just weighted myself last night, I'm like 50KG now, it makes me really sad, I wanna find a good way to lose weight. any suggestions? thank you

Sex isn't good exercise. So if you only current exercise is pushing the TV remote, then sure, sex would be a step up. But if you're already playing soccer once a week, you probably won't see any difference with increased sex.

To get the best result you'll need both diet and exercise. If you do only one you'll only get partial result, like maybe you'll lose 3KG then plateau.

As for using sex as exercise, you'll need to have a lot of it to equal say swimming or jogging. I don't have the numbers but maybe you'll need to have sex for an hour to equal to 30 minutes of swimming. And by an hour meaning an hour of the grinding, not counting foreplay or anything. Also laying on your back and letting your man go to town is exercise for him, not you.

Maybe if you use sex as a reward. You know, you get to cut your swimming routine by 10 minutes if you go home and have 30 minutes of athletic wild monkey sex with your man.

It is a form of exercise. It is not bad in that regard. But watching your diet is the big one. Proper exercise too. Looks like you don't have far to go. I say if you feel adding sex to help you lose weight works for you go ahead. Your partner should be able to see the change in your body also.

Sex and more sex certainly won't do it. As a matter of fact sooner or later its guaranteed to give you an even bigger belly. Try daily exercise, eat healthy foods...no snacks, eat smaller portions and stay away from a lot of sweets.

50 kg isn't fat for a girl of your height (which is 5'6"). Athletic sex can help you burn calories, but be sure to use condoms, because pregnancy makes you fat and has other side-effects that might be unpleasant. You might try exercising more. Bike-riding is great for your thighs and buttocks, while sit-ups and crunches will help your abs.

If you are serious about losing weight you'll eat in moderation and do a lot of cardio exercises. Laying on your back isn't the best method of cardio.

Sex is an aerobic exercise, and like any exercise it will eventually help you lose weight.

Having sex does burn calories but in all honesty I would never use it as a form of weight loss regime.

the best way to lose weight is proper diet and eating the right foods. Having sex makes you sweat..so you really burn calories..But not a lot

swimming, start at 20 lengths, ten more every time you go, build up to sixty.
three square meals a day, no snacking. drink 2 litres of water a day aswell. dont eat after 6 o clock in the evening.

walk the short walks, dont drive them.

and yes, sex is good. as long as its in the morning, a good way to start the day by all accounts.
