Some cats are known to suck their tails, toes and like yours...it's own nipple. If they were weaned too young sometimes this is a resulting behaviour. Most kittens outgrow this behaviour in a few months. Anytime the kitty begins to suckle just gently distract it with some favourite treats (like Gerber's 2nd chicken -- NOT 3rd as it has onions and garlic which is toxic to kitties).
Have a little patience and in time this will resolve itself.

OMG how funny!!! My cat sucks my other cats nipple for comfort reasons but ive never heard of a cat sucking its own. Mabe its for the same reason. I wouldnt try and stop it and i dont think you probably would be able to even if you did try

You can go to your local pet store or grain store and purchase some Bitter Apple Spray and apply it to the area that it is sucking. This tends to help solve the immediate issue, but you need to find the underlying issue as well (was it taken from it's mother early, does it have a medical condition, etc...)

Sounds cute, where is the kitten mum? She may think its like her mum's nipple. You should give the cat a milk in a bottle. You can buy it from local pet store.

Sounds like weaning anxiety.
Go speak to your vet and explain the situation. He/she may prescribe a cream and give you a cone to put around its head to stop the sucking.

really? that's what happened to my kitten but he sucked the tip of his tail.he is just having a hard time figuring out there is no more milk

Repeat as necessary.
