It's your property by law; you have every right to force him to leave. If he persists, calls the police. Maybe it will mean something if his childhood was based there and it's been in the family for years, but since it's not the case, it isn't that significant. If you want to move out, go ahead and do your house hunting. But his ancestors were there thousands of years ago, and you're there in the present. Big deal.

Tell them to f**k off, and call cops. And seeing that ancestors lived there, the land shud be lawfully of d predeccesors, i don't think any one else can hav a right except when it is sold. So the law shud be by ur side.Just i will ask them to get the S**t out of here.

I'd call him a liar since my people were there before the white man got there. That didn't help back in the day and now were stuck in a little patch up in the mountains.
Now a days? Guess I'd attack him right away.Police might come to my neighborhood, but I doubt it.

If I have the valid papers of the house thenI am the sole owner of my property. I will not leave the house in any case. Even if that person goes to court he is bound to loose as the house in registered on my name

I think someone already sensed where you where coming from and that is good. For most of us Muslims, defending our rightly owned possesions is a duty that must be accomplished. Islam permits all muslims to defend their rightly owned possessions, even if it have to be with their lifes. if they die in the cause of doing so they die as matyrs.
if you are talking about Israelites and Palestinians, the defiance of the imposed Israeli nation not to give up the vital portion of the palestinians lands to them is a crime worth fighting for with one's life.
So i'll defend that kind of house with my life.

I would probably jump up and grab my atori hanso sword and chop they're head off and then sit back down in my recliner, then I would call my maid to come clean up the mess and have her put the DO NOT DISTURB sign back on my door knob.
