How could you ask that question? Of course it has a point, does 9/11 mean anything to you? Obviously you did not have any family members in the twin towers. Why would you make our armed forces who are serving our country feel the way the Vietnam vets felt. Instead of condemning your country men, I think you should stand behind them, after all you are living in the same country!!!!

that is a matter of opinion, many will say no, but the fact is the war in iraq, i am assuming that is the war you are talking about, is an off shoot of the war on terror as well as a coninuation of the first gulf war. Sadaam never did live up to his part of the arangement to end the first war, so their was a need to finish things. Secondly, i would rather see the war on terror fought in another country then here. By having our troops their, the enemy will fight them there, instead of bringing the war to our homes where our children are. It is cold hearted yes, but if we dont, then they will just continue to attack us, here, and grow stronger between each attack.

The war has no point. And you can't fight another reliegion or its battle. It is easier to fight attitudes than to fight beliefs.

the current war has given you more enemies than friends worldwide. hatred for britain, US and Israel has increased worldwide even among some of the most liberal minds among Muslims, who were hotherto sympathetic to the Israeli plight.

the basic tenet and objective of this war is oil , economy, civilisation and funnily territory.

Yes. To assist the people of Iraq and Afghanistan in choosing their government.

In order to accomplish this, we must kill in large numbers, those who seek to install a tyrannical regime.

We are in the process of winning. The documents we captured on Abu Al-Zarqawi and other high ranking terrorists indicate they agree with this assessment and admit that they are in fact losing.

But you won't hear that on the evening news. It might cast President Bush in a positive light. We couldn't have that.

Yes I do. Talk to vets from this war. 95% of them believe we should be there. We *are* doing good there - it's just not reported. Living among the military community as I do (husband is Army), you would realize this.
