what should you do, eat?? without makign yourself sick that is!

As a general rule, if you ask any dietician, gaining or losing weight "really fast" is never a good ideal.

Whatever weight you are going to put on in that short of a time probably isnt' the kind of weight you want to have in the long run.

If you want to put on weight, you are better off eating healthy and exercising... muscle weighs more than fat anyway.

EAT, EAT, AND EAT a lot. Mainly at breakfast and lunch. Eat anything that moves or doesn't. Dont forget the deserts. Do not do much in the way of excersise.Sit around and watch tv or read or talk to people on cell phones or the internet so you wont burn off those hard earned calories.You control how fast and how much weight you can put on by how you follow the above without getting sick.

Eat foods high in protien and fiber with lots of calcium and maintain a daily excercist routine and you'll see results pretty quickly..

If you want to add weight healthily, carbohydrates mostly. You could try those bulk up shakes that body builders use? Not sure if that's a good idea though.

Donuts, cookies, pies, cakes, potatoes, pasta, milkshakes. (sounds lke my food groups).

You could always try the fast food diet. Did you see "Super Size Me" ? I recommend sitting in front of the computer while you do this...no exercise.

You must balance your diet, by eating a lot of friuts, green leaves, eggs and cereals.

eat a lot of ice cream and chocolate cake. you'll get 600-800 calories.

eat and sleep, or minimal movement. To add to that eat while u watch tvs.It will get u fat easily.
