It's not great. The elastic tends to stick in your teeth.

Yes I have tried the "bikini diet" The bikini diet is just eating the correct portions. Beyond that it is nothing more. With the bikini diet you want to eat a rounded meal. Your plate should be no more than 9 inches wide and should be cut up like a bikini. The plate should be cut in half and then the top part again in half so it resembles a bikini. The diet itself con sits of a 3oz piece of meat (1/4 triangle), a starch such as rice or bread (1/4 triangle) and the bottom HALF should be your veggies or salad area. This diet can be effective if you remember that "less is more" you don't get to eat as much as you normally do and that is where you lose the weight it is just as effective as eating from the pyramid or counting calories.

I'd imagine there's no palatable way to present pieces of polka dot bikinis on a plate.
How would you cook them? What seasoning to use? Arrrrrgh!@

no what is it.i went on a diet and waxed like hell a few years ago and did situps etc.got there and all my mates were over 20 stone

I'm sure bikini's have a lot of fibre, but regular food is probably healthier. If you must, make sure they haven't been worn.
