Never, they are my family memebers, and I shall love them always no matter a incident or a couple thousands. I am very loyal, I despise treachery unless it against an tryrant like a queen or king.

I watch a lot of the court TV (judge Judy, Millian, Joe Brown) and people do it daily. Sometimes it has Merritt but I could never do it.

why sue especially when they are family members? Life is so short, why create enemies when one can have friends. If you are right, they will know one day.

If they did something really horrible - sure!! Just because they are family doesn't mean they can get away with murder (so to speak).

I think one should not do it but in life sometimes circumstanes becomes such as they force one to take such harsh steps. but one should avoid doing it.
