Take breaks often.
Take a holiday.

Don't take your work with you OR your cellphone.

I try that and it works wonders ! :)

After a rather stressful day their is nothing better than booting up a game like Battlefield 2 and loading a heavy metal play-list then proceeding to fragging the living daylights out of someone half way around the world and having a good laugh when it comes back towards me. That usually calms me down and relaxes me to the point I forget about what ever started to bug me.

Learn to dance. It's a good exersise, and it keeps your brain busy with something other than your subject of stress. At least for a couple of hours.

Join a gym, get a personal trainer and do a massive workout.
