He never asked if i was interested, so the topic never came up. But I can tell he's interested in me in the way that im not.

show up with another guy, hand in hand, maybe then he will get the message. If not, in plane english, please seek companionship elsewhere, we don't have the same common interests. And frankly I am not attracted to you, you are a nice guy, just not like "that." If he still comes on to you, you might have to take another step and tell your supervisor, they can have him relocated in the business so he doesn't see you as much. Or relocate him out of a job if they see it as sexual harrasment. The slap and shove method on TV doesn't work that just makes them mad. If he is the supervisors best buddy, then call the labor board if they won't do anything. Tell them he is effecting your work quality, and that effects the bottom line of any business.

I'd say take him to a date, something light like a trip to the next bar, and tell him that you're not interested, right in the eyes. That worked for me ^^

He knows. It's a game guys play. They think they can be persistent and pressure you into something. He is a creep. Ignore and avoid. Don't make a show of it and be careful.

Don't ignore him... the best way is to engage him in discussion opportunities' - and keep it on till he realizes you have different taste or mind

If the topic has never come up don't assume he really wants to be with you, He may be with somone else. If he does bring up the topic. just say it. Im not interested in you!

ignoring doesn't work because he thinks your just shy,or something to that effect.try an insult let him know you feel superior.if he is thickskulled enough to not catch your hints he will not be able to see past his ego either and he will leave you alone

If you have tried ignoring him and it did not work. You may have to be blunt and come right out and tell him that you are not interested in him, the same way he is with you. But you could be casual friends.

just wait till he does something or says something to make your beleifs a fact....
then act on it.
till then, chill out........he could be a nice guy, with wondering eye's, or a open flirt.
