I talk in my sleep, so does my son and he has been known to sleep walk, it can be stress or going to sleep with something on your mind which is really worrying about it, can be childhood issues, can be a lot of different things.. for more info try thse links.. my husband says he has some strange, funny and even amazing conversations with me in my sleep sometimes?

I'm not so sure that its only down to stress my kids always do it they all ways shout and laugh a lot in there sleep and i can even tell when the dog is dreaming he twitches and does little barks

I usually sleep talk when I'm asleep somewhere that isn't my own bed, i have full blown conversations, i even ring and text people, its horrible, but i dont think its stress, at least i hope not x

It usually means that the stress hasn't been dealt with properly while you were awake. That's how it is with me sometimes.
