helpful tips to avoid low-back pain
,,,try to maintain ur spine's normal curves.
,,,get a good desk chair and sit straight up;don't slump.
,,,if u work at a computer,b sure that the screen is at eye level.
,,,ur chair should support u wen u lean forward.
,,,don't stay in the same position for very long periods of time.
,,,get up and stretch,and walk arroundevry hour or so.
,,,to get out of a chair or couch,slide forward to the edge of the seat,and use ur legs and arms to lift ur body up.
,,,if u read in bed,place a pillow under the small of ur back and
behind ur neck so u can recline, not slump.
,,,to lift something frm the floor,get close to the object,bend ur knees,and bend at ur hips.don't arch ur back and stretch.
well , check wether u have muscle pains or u feel any pain in ur bones when u get up.
if ur bone is hurting consult a doctor soon.
if the muscles r paining try some hot packs and massages

hey, i know how you feel, i myself have back problems, and i only just turned 15!! :-O anywho.. my mum took me to see a physiotherapist and i have been given exercises to suit my problem, and im sure a physio near you could probably do the same :-) also, the physio mentioned to me that my problem is a bit of posture related and now i must sit on one of those rubber gyms balls when sitting at the computer or usually when watching tv. i dont know if this may help you or not, but hey, you asked for people's opinions so i am giving ou mine ^_^ (sorry for such the long response)

u need to take serious rest and some simple exercises for lower back see a chiropractor.

please see a physician . it could be something quite serious . if you unable to do so . rest as much as possible , soak in a jacuzzi if available . take a bath with mineral oils . try hot and cold compresses as desired .

you better see a doctor before you piss yourself. your back is your foundation, if that goes so does everything else.
