she said she is scared to develop a relationship with me because she is scared of getting hurt cuz i have what all girls r looking for. She kisses me but never wants to come back to my place and always flakes on me. But when she sees me she would come and talk to me and would keep on hanging out with me, and actually won't go away. What's her problem.

Don't fall for her mind game. This moment seems nothing but it is critical. It will decide who has the upper hand in the relationship in future should u two together.
YOU NEED TO BE DECISIVE AND CONFIDENT AT THIS MOMENT. She is scared and just want to get CONFIRMATION from you that you know what you are doing! See that?
Few things you need to do.
STEPS:
1) Just Smile and say NOTHING.
2) Hug her and say "Don't worry. I know what I want and what I am doing".
3) See her as guy and make jokes.
4) If she tries to challenge you, DON'T BE NICE! She is testing your limit at this moment. All girls do it subconsciously. She is trying to see how far she can goes. (In her words, she will just say" I am just want to see how important I am to do. How much I care you" .. ) . B.S!
5) Don't think what is in her mind. Because you will never understand.
MAKE HER WANTS TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING!! BRO! And that's why I am telling you on Step 1. Just smile and SAY NOTHING. (Even your mind is totally blank and have nothing to think of. Just pretend that you have something in your mind. NEVER..Again..NEVER.. Reveal your cards in the game)
** I am not asking you to play games. I am just trying to remind you protecting yourself and make yourself more attractive. Trust me. It will make you become more wannable and attractive.
*** Remember, once a girl know your mind and know what cards you are holding. She will lose interest on you. It is not like she wants to. But psychologically you can't satisfy her. Nothing new and fresh for her to look forward to know from you. And she may end up saying "I don't have the same feeling on you like before anymore"/ BS!

probably she is too afraid and not prepared to get committed. give her some time, talk to her and listen to all her problems. when she is ready, then she will start get into the relationship with you. the important thing now is not to rush into it. give both of you some time and space, see if this is what you two really want.
