I don't understand your question. The world is based on religion now less than any other time in human history. And a safe place to live without politics? We there isn't one. No matter where you go you will be involved in politics. Sure it might not be about global politics, it might be something small like city or neighborhood politics. The only way to live without politics is to become a hermit.

Newfoundland, Canada. It's small, quaint little island .To tell you a lot about the place , in most spots you can't even get cell phone reception. The people are nice and the air is fresh and politics aren't a great concern other than the typical gas price/tax stuff.. Isolated from most of the crap of the western world, Newfounfoundland was the first to be colonized in north america and it will be the last to get poisoned by it.

The world should not be controlled by religion and politics but by the personal convictions of every individual taken as a whole in a process called election. The majority wins and must be respected.

It has ALWAYS been that way. Every society has been rooted in religion! As far as politic is concerned the places without politics isn't a place you'd want to live. Think about it!

I think the least "civilized" places, are most likely the most civil places to be, as long as one can respect the rules of the people and not insult them.
I don't know if there are really places like that. Seems as soon as some one finds people like that they feel they must "save" them.
So ridiculous.

You could move to some remote place such as Port Hardy, Victoria Island, B.C. Or Churchill, Ontario. Or... maybe Antarctica.
Be real. Anywhere you find two or more people, you're going to find politics.
