in the past, a mobile is for telecommnunicating, camera is for taking pictures and iPod for listening to music.
Now these gadgets have evolved and mobile can also be used to take pictures, listen to music, surf the web, check emails, videos, etc. The mobile beats the other gadgets hands down with respect to the function of other gadgets which are limited but of course it serves as "jack of all trade and master of none". So if you want to take good pictures you still gonna use a camera and you want large amount of songs in your player you probably need an iPod.

u can use ipods for playing games,watching tv shows,watching movies,watching music videos,listening 2 music,calender,stopwatch,contacts,viewing pictures,creating slideshows,notes. (thats with my 30GB ipod video)
mobile phones can b used for talking,games,music,videos,cameras,video cameras,
cameras are for pics and videos (duh lol)
