French is quite a hard language, there isn't really an easy way of learning it (or any other language) But the fastest way to learn it would be to learn the basics from a teacher, then go and live in a country where they speak French, so you HAVE to learn it.

Moving to France and live with a host family. Give yourself 6 weeks and you'll know enough to do regular things.

you could get some audio tapes.. courses in FRENCH, LANGUAGE, THAT YOU CAN LEARN, AT YOUR OWN PACE,
