realy think at first u should b honest, u should find a perfect spot and tell hert bt the trick will b why u didn`t tell her all along which is nit fair on her side bt all the best by the way did u go to the GP for surgery coz anytime frm now u will need to have kids and so forth.

If you plan on getting serious with this girl and are hoping for a long term relationship you should tell her.If she loves you for who you are she shouldnt care.If she freaks out a little at first dont worry about it.If i saw it I'll probably freak out too but just for a while then i'll get used to it.Can you have one removed?
