God, if one believes in such a being, would necessarily have to have existed for no other reason than existing. God couldn't have been birthed by something else. There are possible exceptions to this outside of any traditional religious framework, but even from a logical perspective it's hard to imagine that "birth" as we understand it would occur for the type of being that spawned the universe.

No one gave birth to God because God is eternal, not subject to temporality.
Is it difficult to believe ? Maybe, but if you don’t believe it, you'll have to believe something even more difficult, you'll have to believe that the universe is eternal, that no one “gave birth” to it.
Whether you like it or not you have to accept eternity : the fact that there is something or someone who never was born.

You must mean created. God wasn't, isn't and will never be created. It just IS. The best explanation is to think of a dream (Assume it's not real/true etc.) and then wake up. It isn't, wasn't and wont be real/true. It came out of nowhere because it was never there (the dream). It like the opposite of that. It's, I guess, a paradox. To hard to explain.
Believe.
