This gets into the question of free will, which has been a philosophical morass for centuries. If there were an indisputable text that said, Don't do this, and you do it, then you could be held blameworthy. But no such text exists, in any religion, so you need to make your ethical choices on logical grounds. (Which would be a good idea in any case.) I claim, on adequate evidence, that evolution is the source of a viable moral code. Evolution applies to societies as well as species, and a society which lives by approprate rules will outlast one that does not. Thus, the question to ask when an ethical issue arises is: would the proposed action be favorable to society, adverse to society, or neutral?

Ever heard of learning?? Jehovah gives us choice in order to teach us. Hell fire is a lie and not a Bible teaching, and God can get us out of any problem we could possibly get into by making choices if he wants to as he has the power over all his creation. A parent doesn't yank out all the phones in the house the first time he/she leaves the teenage child at home alone. The parent hopes and believes that the child will not spend the time alone calling Alaska or something stupid. But, if the child does somethilng like that, the chances are he/she will be punished. Why? So, they will know better next time. Believe me, we have some VERY major choices coming up soon. If we make the right choices now in little things, chances are we will also make the right choices later in big ones.

We may be children of God, but that only means that He loves us like His children, not that we are uneducated. The fact that we haven't seen hell means nothing-the bible warns us about it, warns that it is a lake of fire. I think that the average person is smart enough to want to avoid a lake of fire, don't you?
Also, you still are not making a correct analogy here. Even if we were more innocent, like children, we would be more like 12 year olds than 4 year olds. You don't punish a tiny child that has no idea what right and wrong means. But you DO punish a child that is 12 years old who has been told that specific behaviors are wrong if they continue to do them anyway.
The main sins that we "children" should be avoiding are in the 10 commandments, and even most people with no faith would recognize those laws as principles the average person should live by. The only additional thing God wants from us is love and respect. It isn't that hard to figure out what He wants from us.
The most common misconception about Christianity is that it keeps us from "doing what we want." I have never had the desire to murder someone, sleep around behind my husband's back, steal anything, or anything else. And everything else that is not something obviously immoral was asked of us because it makes us better people.
You speak about God as if you COULD believe in Him, but are angry with the way He operates. Sorry to tell you, but you are fighting a losing battle.
Oh-and one other thing-would you prefer that every time you were about to do something wrong God take over your body and keep you from it? That He would reach down to earth and pin you down until you changed your mind? That He would take OVER your mind and not allow you to do anything wrong? I don't think so. God does have the power to stop us, but respects us enough to let us decide for ourselves.
God does not send actual children to Hell, and the adult people that go have been asked many times to change their ways and to love instead. It says in the bible that God doesn't want to lose a single soul, but just like there is a justice system in this world, there will be one in the next.

That's call faith and the only way that God can come to know who truly deserves to return to him, if by 2000y old book you talk abt bible, yeah im with you the pp who was suposed to take care of it made a complete "edition" out of it. But I invite you to read another Book which states God's words without any change doesnt matter the languaje or the time, is abt 1600y old but still the most original one and God said Himself that He would keep a copy of the QURAN in the heavens so that no one can do what they did to the other holy books (Torah, pslams and Bible or Inchil)

We are his childre yes, but we are ADULT children. We are expected to truly understand because we have His Words, in a form we can read and understand. How can you not comprehend it. Can you read? Are you an adult, with the knowledge to research things? Then you have ALL you need, right in front of you.
Your right, not everyone will believe, not everyone will CHOOSE to believe it, hence free will at work. I have this Bible, Ive heard its true, I read it, but Im not buying it, I choose to not believe.
If he is going to allow you to make the wrong choice, we shouldnt have one at all? Wow, that sounds great. I prefer to choose, and as an ADULT I am prepared for any consequence there is because a)I can read b) I dont shy away from reponsibility c) I have all the info I need.
If your so sure your argument makes sense, why keep trying to convince people? Your logic is circular at best.

Your right God never expected everyone to believe the bible, those who do believe the Bible do so by FAITH. God gave you a choice because he wants you to except his gift of his son, For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. this is your freewill!!! you can choose to accept his gift or reject his gift. i will pray for you.

if you read in the bible, God does not tempt you to do the wrong action that is satin, your bible is suppose to be your armor guiding you to make the right choice, all things are forgiveable through Christ, as long as you seek redemption in good faith, alot of it has to do with what you were brought up with, because we are all human not a supreme being so we do make mistakes, but as long as we learn from them that is the point good luck

Not directed at you or anyone/group etc. else in particular.
Matthew 21:31 "Which of the did the will of his father?" They said to him "The first." Jesus said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you that tax collectors and harlots enter the kindom of God before you. 32 "For John came to you in the way of rightousness, and you did not believe him; but tax collectors and harlots believed him; and when you saw it, you did not afterward relent and believe him."
Don't let your eye be evil because He is good.

HELL! is something to keep all humans sane.
Think properly before doing any action.
God is so forgiving. Why to you think He will burn anyone?
Come on. You and me. both of us know that this is crap.
Hell doesn't exists at all. Even if it exists, our Father will never send us there for his Son already has shear blood to clean our sins.

Why don't you ask Him for the faith to believe? or are you to afraid that He will give it to you? hey it's a choice you'll have to make one way or the other. Judgment Day will come weather you believe in it or not, I'd rather be prepared. Your choice. huh
