Before Everlast there was BenLee (Marciano being one of the more famous to wear their trunks and gloves) so, in my opinion they would be the oldest. There is also Tuf-Wear, Spartan and even Wilson and McGregor got into boxing equipment at one time........ Below you'll notice that Tyrone got all his information word for word from Yahoo or Goggle "Everlast History" what the article fails to say is that Everlast is the oldest manufacturer of Boxing equipment. A brand by my definition (and also Webster's) is a mark made by burning with a hot iron to attest manufacture or quality or to designate ownership. It was a "major" brand because Theseus' ruled the entire Greek Empire, which is considered the world for some back then.
