First, you may want to check with a doctor to make sure there isn't a hormone condition involved. After that, I would just relax. The older you get, the more you will realize that it really doesn't matter. As you meet more mature men, you will realize that the good ones don't care as much about breast size as they do about other attributes, like what kind of person you are. If it is really making you miserable, you might start saving for implants, but meanwhile, you might look into a little counselling to help you clear away whatever keeps you from loving yourself as you are. In my opinion, the money spent on changing your outside is wasted if you don't work on the inside as well.

If only I was young again!

I personally find smaller or flatter breasts to be much more attractive than larger breasts.

I also know that I am not the only man who feels this way. There are a lot of incredibly attractive ladies, famous and far-from-famous who happen to be flat-chested or have smaller breasts. Don't worry about how small your breasts are. A good man will love you for who you are. He will love you for your great personality and how well you treat others. He will love you for showing the same respect to others that you deserve to be treated with. As an added bonus, he will love your breasts, regardless of size, when you are married.

I would also like to discourage you from ever considering breast implants for the following reasons:

1) LOVE: If your partner really loves you, it should not be because of your breasts. He should be with you because of you, your personality, the way you compliment each other's lives and the way you treat others.

2) EXPENSE: Unless the breast enhancement surgery is deemed a medical necessity, most insurance companies will not cover it. It is a costly surgery with some risk. If you happen to be one of the unfortunate ladies where something goes wrong, you might need additional surgeries and there will be additional expenses as well.

3) PAINFUL RECOVERY: Some ladies have reported that they did not fully recover until almost 2 months past the surgery. It is a painful recovery for most ladies.

4) SCARS: In some cases, the scars always remain visible and/or always make the lady feel self-conscious. The use of Vitamin E oil may help, or better yet look into Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to help with recovery and scars but the Vitamin E oil may not be enough and the HBOT is not covered by insurance for the beneficial treatment you would get to enhance your recovery.

5)LONG TERM RISK: As far as I know, breast implants do not come with a lifetime guaranty. There is a real risk that one or both of the implants might leak and future surgeries may be needed. Again, this will add expense and painful recovery. If you are having health issues and your implants fail you - it could be very discouraging to you.

6)EROTIC FACTOR: Although I, personally, have never worshipped "fake" breasts, I have heard from many people that they are hard and not nearly as fun as natural breasts. I have enjoyed natural breasts and I would not want to "downgrade" top fake breasts.

Please do not stress over smaller breasts. They are incredibly sexy and satisfying.

I wish you all the best!

You know believe it or not small breasts can be a plus you don't always have to wear a bra , no jiggling ,and most important no back pain do to them being to big . In todays society too much time is wasted on what others think be proud of them and that you are a woman and don't feel bad... you are young and after kids they may get bigger and be the size you would like anyway ..good luck

Maybe you should see a doctor if it is not hereditary, not for implants but to make sure there is not a circulation problem or something. I am not kidding, I went to school with a girl that had small breasts and it was a circulation problem and she had to massage them every night. It worked miracles.

Best of luck.

First of all, please learn to accept yourself as you are right now. You may grow some more, you may not. Please forget about breast implants, regardless of whether they are safe or not.

The problem is not really to do with the size of your breasts, it is the importance that they have come to take in your life.

Many people, it seems, struggle with accepting themselves as they are or accepting themselves after a huge or even minor change in their life.

I too have known this; my struggle was accepting myself in the face of rejection by all too many girls/women; accepting the body that I have which is not necessarily the body I would've preferred to have.

I'm sure that you have things to be thankful for, even if perhaps you cannot think of them right now.

My answer to you, if you can accept it, is to be thankful for whom you are and try to accept your body as it is; if there are positive, nonsurgical, nonhazardous means for improving your body, your self then once you've accepted yourself, by all means consider those options, if you still want to.

All the best to you,
Pat

I wouldn't worry too much about it they will grow when they are ready... besides some of the most beautiful women out there have small breast eg. Kate Moss, Kiera Knightly, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and so on..... really don't stress they will grow!!!

If you are very thin or very athletic/muscular, it may be due to an overall lack of body fat. If you are of normal weight, you may have a hormonal imbalance. It is best to check with your doctor about this. Chances are, you are normal. Some women simply have smaller breasts. Every body is different =)

Gain weight, that really changed my body, went from a 34B to a 34DD by adding 35 pounds, but bigger isn't always better, it's very hard to run now because of bouncing, they are very heavy, and shirts are hard to find because if they fit everywhere else then they are tight across my chest, and if they fit my chest, they are too big everywhere else.

So you have small breasts. There's no need to brag about it. If you want bigger, that's a decision that you'll have to make.

So do I. Learn to accept it and love it. I find they look better than any boob job I've ever seen. And never succumb to trends; trends are ever changing like the weather. Who knows, tomorrow your small chest could be fashionable. Basically, don't be pressured to look like what you think you should. Love yourself and go from there. And just think, you never have to worry about saggage.
