Hey Summer,

Do what you are doing, examine the routine, increase only by 10% max effort and time per week. You cannot increase your training if you injure yourself, and this should help avoid injury.

Consider adding Sprints!

What kind of personal training?

Health and Sports?

If so. there are such courses such as Sport science & Leisure where you can at least learnt them at least until diplome (but degree is recommended). Normally they will have some internship during the last semester of how to conduct the personal training especially at Multi-Gym (if dont have then request a letter to your faculty to do an intership program)
