Well lets see. The word agnostic comes from a Greek word with a Greek prefix. The Greek word is Gnosis which means knowledge the prefix "A" means no or without. So an agnostic person is one who admits to having no knowledge essentially a person who knows nothing. The latin word for agnostic is ignoremous. Where we get our word ignorant. So if you want to walk around telling people that you don't know anything be my guest.

Or you could know Jesus as your savior and give up on being an ignoremous altogether.

Why not? Because agnosticism is limited to human experience or experience with the senses. It has is no knowledge on what is beyond matter and what you can realize by practicing devotional activities for the pleasure of God.

Please, chant Hare Krishna and be happy.

The only reason I'm not Agnostic is because even though I don't believe in any conventional religion, I do have an opinion and Agnosticism stands for the lack of one.

Agnosticism refers to what you know, not what you believe. In terms of religion, everyone is agnostic (unless they are arrogant). Someone who claims "agnostic" as their only religious position (as opposed to agnostic theist or agnostic atheist) is just an atheist who doesn't want to say that they are atheist.

I would argue that your beliefs regarding god and other spiritual matters should not be decided as a matter of convenience, but rather after a thoughtful deliberation and conclusion of what you believe to be true.
