I divorce my children they don't do what they are told and get new kids - the nieghbor kids for instance. They don't want to be my kids but I go after them with a vengence until they are convinced they are my kids.
My ex children (the Jews for example) are being killed on mass by the nieghbors (the Germans) not going to do anything about it at all .
Both my curent children and ex children are being killed die of disease and are generally hungary - But I told them how to live and not to do those things so I am going to sit back not provide the necesities of life and do nothing to stop or even slow down my children's apparent urge to murder each other.
I will occasionally leave a message on the answering machine (TV evangilist and so forth) saying I told you so - figure it out for yourself and no gonna do nothing about it.
In my last message I state if you think what you have been doing to each other is bad wait until I get a hold of you..........So charges would be?

Yep - I was thinking more on the level of willfull in diference failure to provide the necesities of life but your list is pretty good to.

The point was the jews were gods children he divorced them in the desert he then goes on to get new ones "christians" who were very happy with thier non violent dieties at the time . God claims to be a loving father - but if he exists as the bible claims he is an absentee landlord and a neglectful parent and that was the analogy I was attempting to make but I fear you are far to brain washed to understand any of that - In short I read your response and want that 2 min. of my life back

If the bible was a criminal complaint, the first charge would be child endangerment for leaving Adam & Eve alone with a known criminal that resulted in the loss of their lives.
The second charge would be child neglect, abandonment and abuse when he tossed them out to fend for themselves.
The primary charge would be mass murder and genocide for wiping out the human race.
The Bibilical God is far worse than Adolf Hitler (or anyone else) and is the role model for all criminal misconduct.

The Queen Mother doesnt have to place charges against her own children. Her love for the children is so great she will even plead to stop the rath of the King.

The Mother is in pain because her kids got pregnant too soon and "get new kids". Those get-new kids grew up with only one parent.

I don't agree with your commentaries in brackets. The emphasis on races and religions you have inserted into the writing have NOTHING to do with morality, which is more important than politics. Look at it again:

First, God divorced Jerusalem for its wickedness, not the Jewish people on the whole.
Second, God didn't get "new" people call Christians to replace His chosen.
Third, God doesn't leave any messages with tv evangilists or any Christians because they don't abide by His commandments.
Fourth, God has given mankind Torah and if people choose to ignore His holy word, then God cannot be held responcible for what people do wrong to each other.
Charges? Very simple, due to the failure to abide by His Torah, just like a judge will sentence a criminal to jail, God will judge against all who live in wickedness - only His judgement will call for death.
Why? Just as a doctor finds cancer in a patient and does an operation to cut out and remove the cancer, God will also cut out and remove all evil and wickedness from mankind.

The problem is that the "charges" you listed here weren't done by God, they were done by people. God, on the other hand, loved us enough to give His only Son (Jesus) so that we could be forgiven of our sins against each other and against Him and could live eternally with Him. So, even JT's list is totally false. God didn't abandon His children or throw them out of their home, He loved them enough to make a special place for them, even though they abandoned Him. He didn't "divorce" His kids and get new ones - He's been the One that was faithful through thousands of years and a gazillion sins committed by His children.

Seems to me you have a poor idea of who God is..Perhaps you should come to know God and then ask the question. Do you also plan on being tortured and killed so all of your children who choose to can be with you forever? And do you have the power to grant your children eternal life? are you perfect? will you be tortured and die even for those who reject you? The main thing is to know God..It is impossible (not to mention unwise) to judge the things you have no knowledge of. The truth is available to those who have value and seek his truths he can reveal himself to you. these judgments you consider righteous and any righteousness you have come from the one who created you and he himself can answer your questions concerning him if you seek him with all of your heart. I can tell what the judgments for all men are and why it was necessary for him to pay that price for those who accept it.

Hmm...Following the example of Jesus probably wouldn't have that many charges. All I can think of is disorderly conduct and destruction of property when he went ballistic inside the temple (We'll ignore the argument that he should be tried for fraud due to the 'resurrection'...that's another issue for another day). God, on the other hand, would be guilty of any number of major felony statutes in just about every country on earth.
