we feed the cats at my office backdoor everday. Recently this cat suffered from a loss of appetite and was getting fatter.
We suspect she's pregnant.
Just less than one hour ago, i saw her sitting down and there were blood stains around her.
I looked closely and i saw blood trickling out from her hind end, 1 drop by 1 drop.
She is giving birth soon, or is that signs of miscarriage?
She doesn't seem to make any noises, and she's sitting in the open not hiding in a secluded corner.

sounds like you need to either call the vet or take her to the vet she could be losing the babies because most usually hide when they are having there kittens.

How recently did the cat stop eating? If it was within the past 24 hours, then the cat may have gone into labor. If it's been longer, but the cat has still gotten fatter, there may be other things happening -- usually not good things.
Cats don't always hide when they give birth -- mine climbs into my bed.
If the cat will take water, make some available. If you have an empty cardboard box with a lid (copy paper size), put a towel, or even newspaper in it, put the the lid on, place it in where she can see it, but out of the way of foot traffic, or other bother and see what she does. The most important issue, if she does have kittens, is to guard against scaring her away from her litter.
Kittens can take up to 12 hours to come -- occasionally longer if the female was bred by more than one tom.
Finally, post the neighborhood to determine whether she belongs to someone. If she's claimed, suggest the owner have her fixed -- Too many unwanted kittens die at the shelters. If she isn't claimed, you may want to check around for a no-kill shelter which will spay her, raise the kittens, and neuter them before they are adopted. Stray cats are usually sick or dead cats very quickly.
Good luck

Cat's don't always hide when they're giving birth. When I was 5, our cat, Cassie, walked into the living room, squatted like she was going #2, I almost yelled at her for that, then a kitten came out! She walked another couple feet, squatted, another kitten. I called "Mom!! Cassie has kitties coming out of her butt!!" (LOL!!) She had 5 kittens like that (and that's how I learned where babies come from)
Back to the question. Take her to the vet ASAP, more than likely, if she's pregnant, bleeding, and no other signs of injury, she's having a miscarriage. If you can't take her, can someone else? She might also have an intestinal problem (loss of appetite more than 24 hours? When cats are pregnant, they eat like horses!)

She may have her period. Female cats does the same with women during their puberty. Usually they just lick it and will come back to normal. Pregnant cats normally make sounds and looking for a safe place before giving birth.

If shes a stray and hasnt been spayed she will get somthing similar to a womans period. Which is good news for you because shes not pregnant! We had a stray cat that lived by us who did the same thing, I felt bad for her because she would go into heat (which would explain the weird behavior) and then get her period so we couldn't let her in the house.

Take her to the vet NOW!!!! My cat did the same thing and ended up dying. Bleeding is a sign of miscarraige or infection, not birth.
