This guy says he loves me but he'll ignore me for days and when I do get a hold of him he acts mad. I asked him if he was seeing someone else and he said no but my sis seen him with a girl in his truck. He has always denied being interested in other women. This other women happens to be wild and has made a name for herself.

firstly he is cheating so dump him. secondly regardless of this women's reputation you boyfriend is the one to blame not her. dump him forget her and move on with you life. he does not love you.

Of course the best advice everyone has to offer is for you to dump him. I think people always follow their heart more than their head. You will do what feels "right" to you.
To get to the point, words are empty and action is everything. If he can't back up his words of devotion (like love) with his behavior then his words are void of meaning. He is obviously displaying a sense of annoyance by your phone calls and neglect to nurture you by fullfilling your needs for attention.
I believe that relationship is like a flower. If it doesn't get much attention, it will wither away. No offense, but it seems that your relationship is headed that way.
Men will deny their infidelity at all cost (that baffles me). His behaviors and your sister's eyewitness about this other woman are signs that he is not committed to you as you are to him. You have two options: stay with him and waste countless months if not years chasing an empty relationship OR leave him now and see what tomorrow may bring. Afterall they say when one door closes, another opens. What do you choose?

i wouldnt worry too much about the other girl an more about the fact that he is ignoring you and acts mad, maybe you should take to him and if you dont get throught to him then maybe take some action

I would not think he loves you, if he treats you the way he does. If he is seen with others, I doubt what he saids to you regarding his feelings is true.
