i am a positive person, and its incredibly powerful. With the right mindset, its wickedly impressive what you can achieve, both physically and mentally.

It is very strong. I have suffered from a life threatening disease since I was 18 months old. I have been on dialysis 3 times, had 2 failed kidney transplants and almost died 3 times. As well I suffer from a number of other illnesses as a result of my main disease. I am the most positive person you will ever meet. Anyone who meets me for the first time has no idea I am battling an illness that will eventually kill me. No matter what complication I may suffer, I smile and laugh through it.

I believe if I didn't have such a positive attitude, I would have died many years ago.

no, i try to be as real as possible. having a positive outlook can indeed be essential, effective and powerful, but it can also be dangerous if you are using it to positive attitude yourself into denial (have you ever met a person who demonstrated happiness that it didn't feel real? sort of sickening sweet?) i think it is wise to know the difference before using this approach in order to stay grounded in the truth.

Positive thought/ attitude is extremely powerful, however it is a common myth (and also a big dream) that people get to decide what attitude/mood they want to be in, for the day

Why yes, yes I am. Positivity is as strong as you make it. You can make someone's say by comforting them during a hardship, you can even save their life if you make them realize everything that is good in their lives and they were planning on suicide. It depends on how you use it.

not so strong you cannot turn from o negative person into a positive one, just at once.
both positive and negative people have their qualities.
i have no so many desires that is frightening even the will to achieving them.

positive thought is the best. I'm sure that many people that have been dealt my card would have JUMPED. Not me. I can't wait for tomorrow. Sure I'm human and I want to throw my hand up and say "I quit", but in general life is great

Very ever herd the old saying mind over matter. There have been several cases where cancer patients and other illnesses have disappeared they say the person heels them self. I believe faith has a very important part in this as well.

How would you feel if you always had a negative attitude? Not too great I bet. Being happy to do something is better than not being happy to do it. The American dream is to do what you love not do what you hate. hope this was helpful.
