Milk is one of the purest form of liquid or liquid food that even a new born baby can consume. If some1 is lactose intolarant then thats a different story, regarding allergic, from what i know no one in this world is allergic with milk. If they say they r allergic, it simply means that they dont like milk.
There was a book wriiten in 1999 with the title of Milk the silent killer. The book explains about how milk creates poison in our blood slowly and intially killing us at the end, but the author was weak in explaining and proving, so i guess we are all safe for now.

Whole milk has some fat and cholesterol which can be bad for you. But you can easily avoid the fat and the cholesterol by drinking fat-reduced-milk labeled as 1%.

People who don't include enough milk products in their diet often end up with calcium deficiency, osteoporosis, and debilitating bone fractures in old age.

no, but it is healthier to drink lower fat milk. I drink 1% milk, has less fat in it...and once you reduce the fat in your milk, BOY can you taste the fat in it if you ever should have to drink regular milk like in a restaurant....I would drink skim milk (fat free) but I have a VERY ticky husband...but I have lowered the fat over the years..I started on 2% and he said he would NEVER drink 1%...but than I got diabetes and the doctor recommend 1% or skim...I will eventually get him to skim milk..
time is on my side yeees it is...(inside joke if ya know the song lol)

No, it's not bad for you. In fact, there have been lots of studies that show daily consumption of low-fat dairy prducts helps people lose weight. High fat ones will make you gain, though.

It's harmful if you drink it fresh from the cow, and I guess you could argue that full fat isn't good for you because of the fat content.

If you drink very much, then yes. I've heard not so long ago it increases the risk of breast cancer.
