Yesterday i had to do my math hw from math class... and it was a weeks work but i left it on the last day and i had 3 do 70pgs of math but ya.. i stayed up till 5 to do it.., and in the morning i woke up at 12 afternoon... but tonight i cant sleep. its like almost 3am... tired but still cant sleep. what can i do?

adrinalyn has kicked in. Try walking around in the house or your room for a while. Not a rapid walk, like a nice slow stroll. You need to relax after that. Too bad we cannot massage our own backs huh? Good luck......if all else fails listen to me

just try to relax. maybe read a book or something, listen to relaxing music.
Also go for a walk, move about, get your blood flowing.
Other then that. maybe dont sit at the computer.
if you dont sleep within a few days, go and see your GP.
And next time you have to do so much work, get any early start on it.

Try listening to some relaxing music, maybe the sound of the ocean or something that will sooth you. It always works for me.

stop thinking abt any thing make u worry,drink hot milk this will make u relax and just close ur eyes without pressuring ur self to sleep

You do not take tension about your Home work if you will with out tens you will complete your home work easily and sleep well.

study some more, watch tv/dvd, listen to music,... or why not w-a-n-k to relax your tired body so you'll be sleepy? cheers!

drink hot tea or hot choc. those are best, if you want to go to sleep

tea and choc have caffine, so no. try turkey or complex carbs, or an herbal, non-caffinated tea.
