No, heredity causes hair loss. Being a vegetarian does not necessarily mean that someone is missing out on a lot of proteins. There are numerouls combinations of food that do not include meat or even animal products that provide a full compliment of proteins. And, as most vegetarians pay closer attention to what they eat than non-vegetarians, most tend to eat a healthier diet all the way around.

The only thing you need to watch out for is taking all your vitamins, especially vitamin D. Osteoprosis is relatively common in vegetarians. Remember, despite the hype, humans are not designed to eat only vegetables. Our brain development was dependent on the particular amino acids found in animal flesh, not just beans and other soil related proteins. And for god's sake, if you do this, and youhave kids one day, feed them the proper amounts of lean meats until theyre at least 16.

Well being vegetarian goes against our natural needs of food intake, and dont know what you mean by vegetarian if just kind of "Im 100% green peace & dont eat meat" or really vegan like some hindues that dont eat any animal products at all. What is true is that some aminoacids, the building blocks of the proteins, are present just in the delicious meat, just an advice if you really wanna be healthy just dont eat PORk ahhhhh, just to mention it causes me vomit, as the contras are higher than the pros and also because God has forbide it to every one (I mean jews, christians and Muslims) well just that christians also forgot this part of their path or maybe they did erase it form their book, well not sure :P.

Since when do vegetarians miss out on proteins? Everything has protein..not only meat.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMK0M While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

No, I'm a vegetarian and I haven't lost any hair -- at least not yet! You can get protein from other sources.

it's not necessarily the proteins, it's the vitamins.... particularly vitamin b3 which is commonly found in meats, chicken, turkey and fish. it promotes scalp circulation. vitamin b5 and b12 help prevent hair loss and is also commonly found in chicken, fish, eggs and milk.
so be a vegetarian if you want to be, just be sure to take a multi-vitamin to fill in some gaps.

No, most of us know alot more about nutrition than others! Not only does it not make your hair fall out, but our skin is smoother, our eyes are brighter & clearer, and we don't get sick near as often! Save a cow, eat a vegetarian!
Blessed Be...
