As far as I know, female ejaculation is a controversy. Some think it exists, some think it's just pee. Supposedly massaging the g-spot forcefully (but not too forceful) can get a woman to ejaculate. I tried it, got her really really wet, and she had two pretty damn good orgasms, but no ejaculation. I'll try it again next time, I'm sure she won't object.
I've seen women ejaculate from penile penetration in porn, but it could be just movie magic.

most female orgasms do not occur with intercourse only.
