good question....

anyways, when you say birthmark it means its genetic.. its not temporary, it runs in the blood...

you can have some minor surgery but no fading creams can erase the mark...

on the book i have read recently, if you like for example get rid of it by use of creams it will somehow be gone but in just a matter of months it will start to be visible again and might change in shape... maybe larger than compared to before...

if you do surgery, you might remove it in the neck but in just a matter of years the spot will return and start to appear, the sad part is it can re appear anywhere... it might appear at the back.. whats worse is that it may appear on the face...

dont worry shes still young... 7 is sooo early for surgery or creams, remember kids have sensetive skin... the best thing to do is just wait till she grows up.... as she grows up the skin will start to stretch and normaly the spot will look faded....

thank you and i hope i give you an idea...

Vitamin E oil can fade birthmarks and scars, if it's not a mole.
