Depending on your level of "bad" credit, you may not be able to get an unsecured one. However, you could try Capital One or Providian. Even Household Finance, which i think is now HFC.
Secured cards are not that bad, and let's face it. Bad credit is an indication of how you pay your debts and a secured card would allow you to prove yourself.

You can get an unsecured credit card with bad credit. Just depends on the lender...they're hard to find. But check out this site. They have a couple of offers that are exactly what you're looking for...unsecured, no credit or employment check. Pretty much one of the best deals going as far as what I've seen.
