Try getting facials! Have you tried getting a back facial? That helped me a lot! I didn't even know they existed...but they do! You can also consult your dermatologist. They can prescribe something for you to use at home. If you don't have a dermatologist, try some over the counter products like Oxy, Clean and Clear, or Avon's Clearskin. All of those have worked for me in the past!

I had the same problem, pro-active is the best, it takes away your pimples and diminishes the scars. Try it you wont regret

Get accutane. It's a pill. As for the scars you can get laser treatments.
