i want to watch my dvds, and i cant because the remote doesnt work! help? a few days ago, it worked fine, and now, even after i changed the batteries and checked them, it wont work. i want to watch my dvds, and i dont mind getting up to push buttons very much, but
1: we payed for a remote, so should be able to use it
2: i have one dvd that wont work with the buttons! idk if it will work with the remote or not, but its worth a try!
anyone, HELP! plz answer asap....thx!

If you can't take it back then you might as well open it up and look around. Maybe it's something simple. If not, go get a universal remote that will work with your dvd player.

if you still under the makers warranty they will send you a new remote, you just have to call....
