Honeyed Pork Chops
Cook Time: 1 Hour 10 Minutes. Ready In: 1 Hour 25 Minutes
Yields: 2 servings

"This recipe has been enjoyed by our family for several years now. Between the honey, ginger, and the soy sauce you will find a delicious flavor."
INGREDIENTS:
 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
 2 boneless pork chops
 1 tablespoon honey
 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons water
 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 1/3 small onion, chopped
 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the pork chops about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix the honey, water, soy sauce, onion, ginger, and pepper. Pour over the pork chops in the baking dish.
4. Bake pork chops 1 hour in the preheated oven, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

mash together 2cups UNcooked instant rice (it'll cook in the delicious juices!) and 2lbs ground beef. add onion flakes/dried, salt and pepper. cook in a large pot of tomato soup! Cheap! Delicious like mom used to make! add alittle onion flake to the tomato soup also. Make sure you cook on low heat until the meatballs are 165 degrees in the center, stir constantly so as to not burn the bottom of the pan. Don't eat raw ground beef! Mom used to serve it ON mashed potatoes.

Whenever I feel down I can guarantee that I can perk myself up by going somewhere and getting a hot roast beef sandwich and mashed potatoes.
