Tell her how good the food is at your restaurant and invite her over to have lunch on you.

Dude, send flowers to her work, and not your stereotypical boring roses, go online and pick out a good looking bouquet, FTD flowers are generally the best that i've used, then sign the card saying something along the lines of "Hope this makes your day" or something like that, but don't sign your name, leave it a little mysterious, then later that day walk in and ask if she got the flowers, tell her it was you, then just ask her out for dinner, and before she answers say something like "And it doesn't matter if you say yes or no, because i got to send flowers to a beautiful girl, and i quite possibly might have made her day"

i've done this twice and it worked, but i also blew $70 on the flowers+delivery so it's only if you really think its worth it, oh yeah and the name of the flower arrangement i used i think it was called the "stunning beauty" or something like that

good luck man, and worst case just walk in and ask her, and whatever you do don't go see a movie for your first date, that's the mistake everyone makes, you don't have anytime to talk to them and to get to know them, recommend dinner and shooting some pool, or if she's a little more active maybe bowling, or just a walk in the park, whatever you end up doing, good luck and good hunting

Don't be slick, what do you have to be slick for? Just start talking to her when you have a chance. See what she is all about from talking to her. She will drop hint as to whether or not you have a shot or whether she has a man or not.

Just be youself. Don't be slick, that is not your real name be that person. Women will respect you more that way.

If I were you (and a man), I would go to the place where she works when she is not there. Try to find out if she's married or seeing anyone. If not, ask if they think she would be offended if you sent her flowers. Most people like to match make so it might work. There are very few pickup lines that work, or at least that's what I've heard.

Pre arrange a table for two. Then get one of your waitress to go up to her one lovely night (maybe after work or during her break) and tell her that her reservation in your restaurant is ready, though she'll be shocked, she might get curious. Then you'll be waiting for her there and introduce yourself and give her flowers.

Don't be slick...After awhile it becomes boring as others may have tried it.

Always be yourself and just simply try talking to her and finding out what she likes to do and what are her hobbies and interests. Accommodate her interests.

If she likes the movies, go to a movie. If she likes to go dancing, go dancing. If she likes sports, ask her if she would like to go to a ball game. Get the picture.

Just don't get slick...It's boring.

Order something from her place and when you go there to pick it up accidentally run into her and start a conversation and ask if she is dating anyone? Something like that might work? Good Luck!!

I guess it would depend on what type of establishment she worked at...
Do you have any co-aquantainces that could help you? Are you familiar with any of her co workers?
Let us know and good luck!
