I have questions about Private Investigators.?

I am a nineteen year-old male and I've been estranged from my father since I was born, I never met him. I know who he is, what high school he attended, and what year he graduated. I want him in my life,I positively feel that there has to be a family reunion. I'm having a very hard time trying to track him down. Now what I am asking is, how do I hire a Private Investigator and how much do they charge? please answer when you have the chance.

Before you actually go do that... You might want to find out why he left/became estranged in the first place? There might be a very valid and good reason for that. I want to believe that everyone is really good deep down inside, but reality has definitely shown me otherwise. Although I don't know any info about a P.I., I hope things work out for you.

In my country, abt $10K upfront. Depending on how much time he takes to track him down, his fees will escalate - not cheap at all
