trying to find a photo program unlike picasa from google?

what im trying to see if i can add pictures from compter to a photo program and make data so all pictures can fit in a cd?
does nero do that??
whats the choice thanx asap

I think NEROburn does, but I KNOW that Roxio's EZ CD\DVD Creator does.
