I would like suggestions on how to find my biological mother who gave birth to me on 30 May 1975 in Singapore. Last I heard was that she moved to France. Don't know anything else about her.

why dont you try to hire a private investigator to do that? or You can ask the singapore embassy to help you. They are very friendly. My mom found her long lost sister by asking their help. but we had to do a lot of digging (we had to find her social security number)...it might take a while..but hope you really find her..Good Luck

Do you know her full name? if she has a foreign name (not french I mean) , you can find her within the "pages blanches" , the national adresses/names directory (which can be found on the internet). If it's name is "common", it's gonna be a lil harder since you don't even know the city she's livin in.
good luck,
