Easy, dont have sex. Guys can be tired to. Just because you dont have sex for once when you want it, doesn't mean he doesn't love you or anything. It just means he is tired, and would rather hold you all night in bed, instead of getting it on. Sometimes, it's better that way. No one, needs sex everyday in there lives, guys might think they do sometimes, but I am sure they dont. maybe lol

Let him sleep.
If he is "tired" most of the time though, there might be a problem.

probely he is tired of the same OLD thing try something NEW with him mabye even though he is tired he would get excited and with new stuff

lie in the bed next to him and start without him. try an be noticeable but not screaming loud. after a couple of minutes he will get the idea and . . .well you know what will happen next.
