There is no specific mention of the cost of the medical visa. but since the medical visa can be given for a maximum of one year the cost of visa should be 85 dollars for US Nationals and 65 for other nationals. Actually, each embassy/consulate has its own fee structure. Would advice you to contact your nearest consulate or the embassy of india in washington DC
