Maybe it's both heat and sharpshooters. I certainly don't know;
the only time i crossed the border was at 30,000 feet.
But the truth is not even out yet about what happened in New Orleans after Katrina; i've met several who were in the Superdome or who were rescued one way or another that swear harpshooters were there taking out violent offenders. I certainly don't know; there's a lot we don't know.

Most of the immigrants flock to CA for a new life, and usually they have to pass Death Valley, THE hottest place on earth.
In today's time, every little insecurity (even at the border) is a threat, regardless women or children.

When you say people shooting at them from the other side I take that as you mean the drug lords are shooting at them as they leave Mexico .
Hmmm that would explain why people shoot at the border patrol.
OH BTW deserts are hot and there isn't a lot of water seems you left that little fact out ,

OMG! Illegal aliens are being murdered by coyotes for not paying additional fees once in America. There was a whole crime syndicate of coyotes who owned low cost auto shops on Van Buren St. and they were busted by the Feds because they didn't know how to properly launder money. Get your facts straight. And yeah, you would die in 110 degree weather without proper equipment, like WATER... Nature is racist now I suppose.

you're right...and plus the fact that they're not smart enough to bring enough water for the journey...and my husband wants to go down to the border just knock a few jumpers off himself. fact, i'm sending him down in a few weeks.
