No they do not honor ST. LUCIFER. He is a fallen Angel. Was supposed to be the Guardian Angel of this planet. but after God showed him his domain . he developed a swollen ego and thought he could run heaven and creation better than the CREATOR could and lead a rebellion with like mined Angels to wrest control and lost big time . was thrown out of heaven along with the other angels that had joined him. they are awaiting the day of judgment on an island surrounded by a sea of glass. stripped of their powers.

No, Catholics have never worshipped or honored Lucifer, not since the very start of the Church.
Maybe you are confused with the fact that once, long ago, Lucifer was a true angel of God, before he rebelled and was cast into hell.

There is no basis for what you have been misled. The Catholic belief is summarized in the Creed, which has been recited more than 2000 years ago and handed down from generation to generation. There is no mention about Lucifer or Satan in the Bible to worship him. He is the personification of EVIL and rules the world but eventually be subdued by GOD.
Perhaps, Revelation is being misinterpreted to you. John wrote his Gospel to assure the faithful believers who were victims of persecution by the Roman Empire. No matter how painful their sufferings, God's grace will always prevail in the long run.
Here is the vision of John (Revelation 20:1-10):
1 * Then I saw an angel come down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the abyss * and a heavy chain.
2 He seized the dragon, the ancient serpent, which is the Devil or Satan, * and tied it up for a thousand years
3 and threw it into the abyss, which he locked over it and sealed, so that it could no longer lead the nations astray until the thousand years are completed. After this, it is to be released for a short time.
4 Then I saw thrones; those who sat on them were entrusted with judgment. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God,
and who had not worshiped the beast or its image nor had accepted its mark * on their foreheads or hands. They came to life
and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were over. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed * and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over these; they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for (the) thousand years.
7 * When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison.
8 He will go out to deceive the nations at the four
corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, * to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea.
9 They invaded the breadth of the earth * and surrounded the camp of the holy ones and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them.
10 The Devil who had led them astray was thrown into the pool of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet were. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

On a conscious level, it is highly unlikely that Catholics would worship Lucifer. The question then shifts to this: "Does Catholicism represent anything not of God?"
There are many questionable practices in the Catholic church, some in direct contradiction to the Word of God. However, this can be held true to many other denominations / Christian groups as well, and it can be assured that they do not worship Satan either.
What is important is not what your denomination / group / religion believes in; rather, it is what you believe in. Unless you take an active participation in ensuring and outlining what you believe, you will be taken around for a ride in many things, and not all of them are to your spiritual benefit.

No, Catholics have never worshipped Lucifer, but at one time he was an angel and he went against God. God shipped him and a few other angels who shared the belief that they were as great, or greater than God down to Hell. That could be where a misunderstanding came into play.

Im not a Catholic but I would seriously doubt that they did. Lucifer was cast out of heaven long before man was created and he appeared in the garded of Eden in the form of a serpent as he can change his appearance. For a good description of Satan, read Ezekiel CH. 26 V13-19

Oh for Heaven's sake, of course not!!! Lucifer was one of God's highest beings, an angel, named after the word "light". He tried to be better than God, and "fell from grace"--to become, now, Satan, the personification of evil. Why would anyone think that Catholics would worship the devil? How do you people get such silly ideas?

Sir Richard Burton once tried to convince people that the Jews of Eastern Europe practiced human sacrifice during the 1800's. Some people will say anything. A good rule of thumb nowadays is to read the Chick Tracts (http://www.chick.com), and conclude that the opprosite of anything mentioned is the truth.

[Question]
Do all Christians have perfect character?
I have not seen any christian with perfect character. They still have anger, jealousy, selfishness, gossip, greediness to a certain extent. These are nature of human being. If so, heaven is still not a perfect place to stay as it still full of politics like human world. Do you agree?

God is the only perfect entity! He was good enough not to deprive his flock of the whole range of human emotion...like Lucifer wanted him to do. christians aren't perfect and we don't pretend to be. some of us have problems with promiscuity and pray to Jesus that I get better. some are greedy, and beg God for forgiveness. catholicism is a branch of christianity and seems to make the most sense to me. when I get the chance to spend time with little christian children (they are so precious) I teach them that catholicism is the best form of christianity. but that all christians are worthy.
