I'm getting married in early November and I weigh 56kg or 123lbs. also my height is 5'7 feet or 170cm. Do i need to lose weight

No . . . you are dangerously close to being underweight, in fact. If anything, gain a couple pounds. (Your ideal weight is 135. To calculate this, take the number of inches you are above five feet (7) and multiply it by 5 (35.) Then add 100 (135) and that's your ideal weight. However, anything within a ten percent range of that is fine.) You'll be healthier that way. Good luck!

you should approximately 130 for your height but it also goes on age and if you are in your 20's 125 so enjoy your size and let him watch your figure lol
