Is it not virtumonde???
Try the 3 following free softwares:
Spybot search & destroy
Ad-aware personal
And Microsoft Defender
Run them all...
Try to search in the database of the big shot like Symantec (norton antivirus) ...see link below...and follow all instructions (for experts)

PS: AVG is not good, prefer Antivir 7 Personal Classic Edition or Avast! Home both are free.

Get an AntiVirus Program like Norton AntiVirus or something. You can download a free trial version. It will remove the virus for you. If Norton can not remove it, then it will provide you a link to the Symantec site with intructions to manually remove it.

On Trend Micro you can even delete the Virus, Spyware, Malware, etc,. with both programs.

Best I can tell you is go to TREND HOUSECALLS.com and run there remover, takes awile but sure does work, saved my rig once or twice from fooling around,,,Your friend from Tennessee,,,ROB

Install some antivirus programs!
Best ones in my opinion (and are free) are avast antivirus and AVG...both are free downloads at download.com or just search yahoo....
