Both my cats tolerate getting a bath when needed but LIKE water, No unless they are drinking it!

My cat loves to walk in waist-high water, but this isn't uncommon for his breed (Bengals). He also is toilet trained and when the toilet flushes he goes boinkers for the whirling water.
Some breeds more than others love water. One domestic breed is considered a swimming cat knowns as the Turkish Van. I'll include a link below. They are believed to be a purebred not created by man rather native to their country. :-)

I started bathing my previous cat when I first got him,which probably explains why in the summertime as soon as I got home, he'd jump into the bathtub and meow until I turned on the water...my current cat I got as an adult, so he doesn't like water (bathing, anyways)

The only water my cats likes is in his water bowl. When it's empty he digs in it and meows at me to fill it back up.

Some of mine play with water (like getting their feet wet). My Patches likes to lay in the sink (a couple times with the water running over her!), and one time she waded in the pool (on a step).

The bathutub faucet leaks and she stands under it sometimes, she likes to get a little bit of water on her head. But she hates baths.

My cat will jump on the toilet seat and paw at the water in the bowl. He really likes it when we flush it and he can watch it spin around.

My kitten loves playing in water.. usually when u give cats a bath they scratch and run, well my kitten actually let me give her a bath..so go figure :)

thats all my cats drink is water, but yet they like hate touching it with anything other then there touge. We dont give our cats milk because they get sick if they drink it
